We found the missing binki. Eli still uses his binki when he goes to sleep. Last night we could NOT find it. He went to bed just fine, but decided to wake up at midnight (wanting his binki of course). We looked all over but still could not find it. Good thing I had a spare, but it just wasn't the same. He had a hard time going back to sleep. This morning we looked one last time and we found it! It was hiding it the cardboard boxes next to the dryer.

Tonight we played with bubbles. He loved them!

His new favorite thing to do is throw his toys down the stairs.

I might be addicted. This season is going to be very interesting with lots of drama. I'm not so sure boys against girls is such a great idea.

He is not supposed to play in the blinds, but he was so cute looking outside this morning.

Day 44 / Feb. 13

The little man got his shots today at his one year check up. And I'm not exaggerating when I say "little". He weighs 18.2 lbs (3rd percentile) and is 28 inches long (5th percentile).

Day 41 / Feb. 10

This is our plant. We got it about a year and a half ago. I don't even know what kind it is and it doesn't look very healthy. It probably needs more sunlight. But it's still alive. When we first got it a leaf would turn yellow and fall off at least once a week (probably from over watering). It is doing much better now.

Day 40 / Feb. 9

Hangers. Why do I never have enough? It seems like every time I put laundry away I have one less hanger. It's not like I'm buying new clothes everyday.

This is Eli today on his first birthday. The outfit on the right is what he wore home from the hospital after he was born. Happy birthday bud!

Day 38 / Feb. 7

Me and the little guy on his last night as a baby. Tomorrow he turns 1 :)

Day 37 / Feb. 6

Step 1: Throw your binky in the box and then dive in head first.

Step 2: Try as hard as you can to get your legs up and over the side of the box.

Step 3: Get in the box and retrieve your binky. Then continue to play so you don't have to go to bed.

Toes. He loves his toes. Today when I got him out of his car seat this is how I found him. One shoe on and one shoe off with his toes in his mouth. Silly boy!
